libnet6-1.3-0-dbg software package provides Network access framework for IPv4/IPv6 - debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libnet6-1.3-0-dbg
libnet6-1.3-0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libnet6-1.3-0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnet6-1.3-0-dbg *
